Karen is the CEO of Carnaby Fair, a community focus branding firm committed to making a bold cultural impact. Throughout the years, Karen has consistently taken on pivotal roles in marketing, operations, and leading high-performance revitalization projects. Her main professional interest lies in shaping and driving new business opportunities for a socially responsible company, with a focus on bringing high-value, innovative products or services to the market. Additionally, Karen holds the position of CMO at Apotheofitness One Limited and Stars Group Limited.

Yanise is a project lead and knowledge giver with seven years experience working in the creative and research industries, specializing in Communication Design, UX Research, and Art & Design Education. Her passion for teaching and mentoring is demonstrated through guiding students from secondary school to higher academic levels. With an M.Des background, she has made valuable contributions to design research at prestigious organizations including Law's Group, Zurich, HKTDC, FHKI, HKGCC, Prudential Singapore, Volkswagen China, and West Bund Shanghai.

Fred is a strategist and an advocate for social development for the next generation. He spent his last decade in Early Childhood Education, youth community development, and social innovation. He is the cofounder of Phinklife, an national awarded youth organization, and Grassroots Hub Ghana, a WEF GlobalShapers Hub. He has also supported the establishment of SE Ghana, AYPN, and GADeF international, mobilizing resources in social capital and youth philanthropy. He is currently an advisor in several startups, a mentor in tech and SDG incubators, and a lecturer in EduHK.
